C3SD Inc.’s Managed Services Offering provides four Levels of Support to meet the needs of any business model. Each Tier is based upon the Service Level required and the number of Servers and Desktops in the organization allowing. Beginning with the Tier I plan, C3SD Inc. provides proactive monitoring and maintenance of a Business Server and Network ensuring all are functioning at peak performance and that regular Server backups occur. Standard Support coverage is offered Monday through Friday with additional support options available.

Utilizing the latest Monitoring and Remote Access technology C3SD Inc. will remotely monitor and administer a company Network & Servers. This low-cost solution provides remote maintenance of server and networking equipment, including the installation of Windows Updates and other security related patches. All additional work requested above and beyond the Tier I offering is billed at a discounted hourly rate outlined in the Service Level Agreement.

Tier II extends the offerings of Tier I to cover all PCs & Peripherals on the network. It includes support for common Small Business Applications including those released by Microsoft, Adobe, Intuit and Sage. Additional product support may be included in the Agreement if discussed during the establishment of the Agreement. Also included in Tier II is the ability to schedule “at no-charge”, On-Site visits. This visit can be used for a variety of things including employee training or adding a new machine to the network.

This Tier extends the coverage of Tier I & II to include management of Mobile Device including Cell Phones and Tablets as well as Advanced Business Apps such as AutoCAD, Design Tools and 3D Rendering Programs. C3SD will work closely with Technical Support departments to troubleshoot problems for software issues that we are unfamiliar with. Tier III also includes weekly on-site visits as requested at no additional charge.

This Premier Plan provides unlimited support for all Hardware and Software issues that arise as the ability to select one pre-scheduled half day time slot per week when a C3SD Inc Tech will be on-site at your location. It allows for unlimited on-site requests and extends support hours to the 6 x12 plan at no additional cost. This plan is the equivalent of having a full time in-house IT Consultant.
