Novation Financial |
- Designed and installed full secure wired and wireless network, utilizing Microsoft Windows 2000 Advanced Server system.
- Active Directory utilized for security and policy restriction.
- Installed Fax server to route all incoming Faxes to Email recipients.
- Designed a "Paperless Office" to cut down on paper waste. All Loan forms are filled out in Adobe Acrobat and electronically faxed or emailed to clients. All hard copy is scanned (Scan-to-file feature via a Brother Multifunctional printer) and routed to shared folder folder on the server.
- Established SugarCRM (Open Source) Customer Relationship Management database for lead generation and storage of all documents in the "Paperless Office"
- Installed POINT Interface network version for brokering loans and checking credit.
- Configured Routing and Remote Access to allow employee's on the road access the internal network to broker loans.
- Installed hMailServer software (Open Source) and established user email accounts for both POP3 and IMAP access.
- Established SquirrelMail (Open Source) to allow employee's to access Webmail from any internet connection. Also set up employee Treo 650's via IMAP for mobile email access.
