This one hour consolation was designed to allow C3 San Diego to gain insight on how your business is structured and run. During the assessment we will:
- Discuss the short and long term goals and objectives of the company
- Identify , define and determine the companies business needs and processes
- Determine where technology can provide a clear return on investment
Once we have gathered this information we able to compile the information into a report which is presented back to the company along with our advice on how to customize Microsoft’s solutions to meet your needs.
If, after review you are interested in moving forward with the ideas outlined in our report we will schedule a Technology Assessment allowing us to capture the current state of technology in your company. With your help we will verify:
- Hardware Inventory
- Printer Inventory
- Fax Inventory
- Software Inventory
- Business Applications
- Network infrastructure
- Vendors
We will then compile this data into a second report and project outline for your review. It will contain estimates on hardware and labor costs along with a phased roll out calendar. At this point we will be ready move forward at your convenience.
